The apartment building of the future. High-efficiency volume module construction in solid wood is combined with generous greenhouse balconies with soil. Here, rational wooden construction technique meets innovative environmental technology and a holistic approach to sustainability. The vision is a sustainable building that produces food, instead of waste. A house where the residents share ideas and items, and become aware of what you put in yourself and what you flush down the drain. A house that throughout its life cycle minimizes its ecological footprint. A house and at the same time a greenhouse. The residents get "a lot", an apartment and a personal garden in one.

The proposal is a contribution to a land allocation competition for wooden house construction at Chalmers in central Gothenburg.
